The Tampa Bay Lightning play the Colorado Avalanche in Game 4 of the 2022 Stanley Cup Final at Amalie Arena in Tampa on Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET. On Monday night, the Lightning defeated the Colorado Avalanche 6-2 to take a 2-1 lead in the series. After dropping two games against the Rangers in the previous round, the Lightning were able to win four in a row. The Rangers are not the same as the Avalanche. Tampa Bay is currently dealing with multiple star injuries. Brayden Point is questionable for Game 4, while RW Nikita Kucherov is expected to play after suffering an injury in Game 3. To tie the series, the Lightning will need another strong performance from Andrei Vasilevskiy.  The Lightning are in a tough spot. They’re down 2 games to 1, and the Avalanche have been playing extremely well as of late. The Lightning will play a crucial game 4 on Thursday night at Amalie Arena. To tie the series, the Lightning need another strong performance from Andrei Vasilevskiy.   

For Game 4, the Avalanche are expected to be without forward Andre Burakovsky. Nazem Kadri could return, but it appears unlikely. As a result, Colorado will be missing two key forwards.
